Mr. Kamal Kanta Sahoo

Founder & Managing Director

Mr. Kamal Kanta Sahoo brings over two decades of experience in the financial services and corporate finance ecosystem, spanning investment banking, corporate treasury, capital structuring, and strategic financial leadership.

Prior to founding Foxner Manimah, Mr. Sahoo held senior leadership roles at prominent industrial organizations including APL Apollo Tubes Limited, Man Industries Limited, and Tata Steel Limited, where he led and supported large-scale financing programs, balance sheet optimization initiatives, and capital allocation strategies.

Earlier in his career, he worked with leading investment banking platforms including Emkay Global Limited and India Nivesh Limited, advising corporates on capital markets transactions, corporate finance mandates, and institutional investor engagement.

Mr. Sahoo holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Mumbai University and has completed the Advanced Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM Bangalore).

His leadership philosophy emphasizes disciplined capital allocation, governance-driven growth, and long-term enterprise value creation.

Outside of professional commitments, he maintains an active interest in trekking and endurance activities, reflecting a strong commitment to resilience and continuous self-development.

Mr. Mohit Shrotriya

Partner

Mr. Mohit Shrotriya is a cross-border entrepreneur and strategic partnership leader with operating and transactional exposure across Europe and India. He has founded multiple ventures spanning sustainable luxury services, premium consumer brands, and global development initiatives. He founded Pradeep Luxury (Europe), a sustainable luxury platform in high-end real estate, vacation rentals, and concierge services serving international HNW/UHNW clients, with experience supporting multi-million-euro transactions in European luxury and real estate markets. He is also the founder of Orelli Paris, a premium skincare initiative inspired by French aesthetics and scientific formulation, integrating sustainability, consumer trust, and women-led livelihood development. He is the founder of Pradeep Global Foundation (PGF), an Indo-French non-profit aligned with the 17 UN SDGs, spanning climate action, clean water, renewable energy awareness, responsible consumption, universal well-being, and women empowerment programs.
 

Mr. Shrotriya holds an MBA in International Business (UQAM, Canada) and Master’s degrees in International Management (Université de Poitiers; Excelia Group, France), with executive education in Private Equity & Venture Capital (Bocconi), Portfolio & Risk Management (University of Geneva), and Green Fiscal Policy (UNITAR). He holds the CWM® and CTEP® designations (GAFM, USA) and serves as an Honorary Global Advisor on GAFM’s Global Advisory Council.

Ms. Isha Adyasha

Director – Corporate Communications

Ms. Isha Adyasha leads corporate communications, institutional positioning, and organizational culture development at Foxner Manimah.

She holds an M.Phil in English and Corporate Communication from The English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), Hyderabad, and brings a strong academic and professional foundation in strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and structured narrative development.

At Foxner Manimah, she is responsible for shaping the firm’s communication architecture — ensuring clarity, consistency, and institutional alignment across external messaging and internal standards. Her role supports the firm’s credibility, documentation discipline, and long-term brand integrity.

Her responsibilities include:
